In September 1994, Westgroup Partners changed its name to Noble House Hotels & Resorts to focus and expand on hotel and resort management and ownership. Westgroup Partners, formerly the Pacific Seaboard Group, was founded in September 1979 by Pat Colee to develop and manage commercial properties. Westgroup s specialty was in the recognition of undervalued real estate. Noble House specializes in independent properties that are in harmony with local culture and environment.
