My partner lives here and I come by once every week or two. The building has some nice amenities but they are not always usable/ accessible. There's a lounge with a pool table and two large TV's....

The building is constructed of wood from the 3rd floor up. There is zero sound dampening and you WILL hear every footstep of the upstairs neighbors. (Think "jumanji") There's homeless junkies...
