The employees are pleasant, however. I have used this product for years and years. Policies change and they no longer hold to original policy. They do not honor what they originally honored....

Don't buy these, they are a waste of money. You can go to a dr and get custom orthotics for way less. Unfortunately we fell for it..don't be like us.

Ask pricing upfront. $1600 was triple what I thought the set would cost. On week three with slight improvement in heel pain.
