The Chef's Table

History

In reality, Chef Bruce started making his unique sauces and spice blends in the late 1960's and early 70's. We sometimes refer to this as his hippie era. Then in the late 1990's his wife and several friends convinced him he should produce and sell his products. Since then The Chef's Table, as he and his wife decided to call their business has grown and is developing a true following of foodies and loyal customers. Chef Bruce is becoming well known locally for his well prepared dinners, new recipes and great products. He likes to work outside the confines of a resturant on a one-to-one basis. He is always inventing new recipes, sauces, spice blends and other associated food items.
