The Castle asks you to EXPLORE. There are 3 different rooms to drink and eat in: The Green Room, The Elephant Room, and The Rook. Each bar and restaurant is catered to entertain your senses. Look around find an environment that calls to you. Be inspired to interact with what is around you. Our food is going to ask you to explore. Our chefs rock the pestle and mortar to create amazing blends of spices and herbs. Some classic ideas and bar food creations re-imagined with some South-East Asian flare.
