The Ballard Cut is a farm-to-table restaurant and whisk(e)y bar. We specialize in local ingredients, Japanese whisk(e)y, bourbon, and single malts; ranging from contemporary and affordable to rare and antique. Scratch cocktails, a 950+ bottle heavily curated whiskey list, esoteric wines and shareable plates are only a glimpse of what we have to offer. *We have both indoor and outdoor seating available. Our outdoor seating is a fully enclosed and covered pergola structure with heaters adjacent to every table. We will try our best to ensure you get your seating preference, but cannot guarantee it.
