There's been once nice employee, the rest are kinda indifferent if not a lil hostile. Nothing wrong with being standoffish, it's a big store but at least the nice one was effective and helpful.

What's good is online pickup- it's fast and associates are friendly. What needs work: I came in 5 minutes to closing to get 1 item. The first employee that saw me said "we close in 2 minutes"...
