I lived in So-Cal for a while and when I moved back up to Washington was pretty disappointed that I couldn't find any Mexican food that came close to the flavors I expected until I found Taqueria...

This is by far one of the best Mexican food places in the PNW. In fact I'd say in the top 5 in all of Washington and Oregon! I go here many times a month but... I really need to have more guac...

Some of the best tacos in Washington! I love the fish and tripe taco, and it's so affordable too. They also have a salsa bar where everything tasted great.
