HistoryOur family has been in the restaurant business for a little over 10 years now. When we moved to Brewster in 2006 I got my first job cleaning tables at 16 years old. A couple of years later My parents started up a Mexican restaurant in Pateros where I started to learn more about running a business and cooking. I moved to Seattle area where I picked up a job as a waiter and later as a chef and that's when I realized I had a passion for this. After some time I decided to come back to open up my own restaurant so in 2018 Ed's Mudville Breakfast Bar and Grill opened up its doors in Brewster, Wa and it was a success. In early 2020 we got an offer to open in Pateros so we decided to move. COVID made the process longer than expected but as of June 2020, we are OPEN as Rivers by Ed's Mudville in Pateros.SpecialtiesWe are a family-owned restaurant serving American style breakfast lunch and dinner including some Mexican platters.
