Drive-thru customer service is phenomenal. Food quality is similar to other chains. Open late which is great since other restaurants in Tri-Cities close early.

Literally so ridiculous. We had 3 mobile orders because the inside was closed and we ordered them at 1:20am. They made us go through the drive-thru 4 different times to pick up each order instead...
