I love adding that little something extra to each session. Hot towels, a few hot stones or gua sha as needed, sombra (a topical analgesic) and deep moisturizing foot cream as needed. I don't prefer to rush so my sessions are set to 70min, 100min and 120min long. Of course if you need work done to relieve pain, depending on the level of inflammation, these extras compliment treatment work. I can be chatty or completely quite, I'll take my cue from you.
