This store refused to let me buy a new phone in person with my 17 year account holding with T-Mobile. They also wouldn't assist or advise trade in options or info, claiming they only do SIM cards...

Look up employee reviews who have worked for Wireless Vision (the 3rd party company selling T-Mobile out of this location). Not good and a common theme is screwing clients over.

If you're considering using this location, DONT!!! Had the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! The manager (Travis) and employee, name tag missing, multi color hair, told us we were wrong over and over...
