If I could give a zero rating I would. Worst customer service on the planet. The employees need to quit yapping between customers and pay attention to the task at hand. They also don't answer...

I have received nothing but terrible service from T-Mobile. I tried to turn in my modems but told I could not do so without boxes and only a Manager could approve but of course they weren't around...
