Swedish Anticoagulation Clinic - Ballard

Both the Swedish Ballard Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) embrace a trauma-informed environment of care as a preventative step to help stabilize patients in our community. The programs also can be used as a step-down for patients once they are discharged from inpatient care. Treatment modalities are tailored to meet each participants needs and utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) principles.
