Buttery sushi rice that melts in your mouth is what you will experience when dining at Sushi Kanpai. You think Seattle is filled with cool sushi restaurants but not. I've had some not so memorable sushi experiences. Sushi is hit and miss, its either good or bad and no such thing as a mediocre experience. Sushi Kanpai serves yummy sushi that melts in your mouth at very reasonable prices. Check out their happy hours prices!! The fish was fresh, sauce was not too salty and the rice is heavenly and not crusty! Rice should never be cooked al dente like pasta (or soggy either). Service was great too and lots of street parking!
