Was second up for a cut. Woman walks in. No appointment goes ahead of me. Needless to say, I didn't get a haircut from this location. I'm just never going back.

Rarely opens on time, long waits, stylists clearly don't care about customer service. Always short on staff. Don't waste your time!

Walked in for a wash and style. The style was very sub par! They charged me for a wash /and a blow out/ and since they bent the ends up in like 2 min.. a styling charge.. SO for a wash and style...
