I come into this store regularly. I am kind. I pay 20% tip. Service is always lousy every time. Same person on duty is rude. I always try to use my phone app QR code for reward points AND payment...

Not the best experience. Service is not good, no coupons, never participate in subway promotions. Honestly I don't know why subway lets franchise owners do this. Make subway look bad.

They don't accept their own coupons. Seriously, bring in any subway coupon and they will tell you, they don't accept them. Any of them. It's a bait and switch, they're hoping that you'll order...
