Studio 51

History

Our Salon History Before Lorraine built the studio this space was actually two separate offices with a shared hallway and restroom. Lorraine and our stylists worked in a salon at the other end of the building known as Downtown Design. It was much like other salons in Marysville but lacked vision. When the space became available, Lorraine decided it was time to make her vision a reality. She secured the space and bought out Downtown Design. With the help of a designer, Lorraine personally designed and built this salon. As you can see, we are on the corner of 51st and Grove so she decided to name the salon Studio 51. Lorraine's vision is to bring the quality and service of a high end hair salon to Marysville with the desire for women to have a place in their own community to be pampered without having to travel down south to Seattle or Bellevue.
