History

When the studio where I began my Pilates career suddenly closed, I had no where to continue working with my clients so I immediately started working on plans to open my own studio, and Strong to the Core Pilates was born. I also wanted to offer a pricing structure that allows a wider range of people to do Pilates and I believe you will find our pricing to be the most affordable on the shoreline. Good instruction, good atmosphere and equipment well maintained. Jennifer was great and the students were all friendly but got right down to business.
