staff don't care about the tenants and mostly not friendly. They blame normal wear and tear on the tenant and have to pay for it. They enforce no back-end parking for a piss-poor reason. Or they...

not good, lived on the 3rd floor, the loft gets super hot up there. it's really expensive and the setup is really stupid, walls are like paper thing, you can hear your neighbors, no parking...

The parking is trash and everyone will tell you, but a lot of people in the community have large cars and can't park good anyways.. They'll email you about people supposedly smoking on-site....
