Starbucks

This is the only Starbucks in town so I go here. The drinks are great as always, but wait time is slow and the staff hardly smiles. Not that friendly.

Kendall, is not customer savvy in anyway. As a guest; I watched her correct customers in a fashion that was rude and unprofessional. A good hand in customer service; comes from training.
