The workers are so sweet and are very good about getting your order right. They all work so well together and make such a welcoming space. Would highly recommend.

Staff is not trained in customer service. It took 10 minutes for the cashier to put a plain bagel in a bag without toasting it. Then she threw the bag at us. Just terrible.
