Swan Healthy Gourmet started its operation in September 2018 focusing on a niche market of healthy gourmet food and tea drinks in the espresso capital of the US. The target customer group is the people pursuing a healthy and contemporary lifestyle, but not willing to sacrifice the personal satisfaction for the taste and flavors. With this mission in mind, the company introduced Shaves Snow Ice of different flavors and unique presentation, which is less than 1/3 of the calories and fats of a conventional ice cream or less than 1/4 of the calories and fats of some brand name ice creams. The team also developed a line of trendy and healthy fruit and milky tea to address the different needs of the market. Last but not the least, the company believes in the ambience that a clean and comfortable tea house should provide to the customers in addition to the richness and variety of its menu and services and is ready to service different age groups as well as handicapped people here.
