I would give a zero rating if possible. This is absolutely the WORST Starbucks store in Spokane. It's worth your time and money to travel a short distance to a different Starbucks store.

I asked for the bathroom code and was told "an employee has to walk you down there and unlock it for you but we're a bit short handed so we'll get to you when we can". Nope Starbucks. Outrageous....
