Got 24oz breve latte. There was NO coffee in it, only hot water and cream. Pure white, too, which should have been a clue. How can you forget to put coffee grounds in the coffee maker?

Zero stars, never coming back.... I order venti Frappuccino in the Trenta size because i hate bubble lid, i did not expect Trenta cup to be all the way up, but what barista made its freaked me...

Would give them a zero. I have come here multiple times due to it being convenient. Every time I come the service is fine but the drinks take too long. They have messed my drink up multiple times...
