Stanwood Swim & Fitness LLC was opened September 6th, 2013. This family owned business set out to provide a friendly non-judgmental gym atmosphere where everyone is welcome. SSF has a variety great group classes on land & in water to name a few Cycle, Pilates Mat & Reformer, Boot Camp, Yoga, H2O light/Fitness and Strength.
