St Joseph Hospital Ctr-Rehab

Established in 1891, St. Joseph Hospital is a Catholic, nonprofit, voluntary, private institution. The hospital provides a range of inpatient and outpatient services, including 24-hour emergency and trauma care, neurosurgery, total joint replacement, and cardiovascular and cancer treatments. The hospital employs more than 2,000 full- and part-time employees. It is certified by the Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations and licensed by the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services. It operates various nursing departments, such as ambulatory, medical and intensive care units, cardiovascular, observation and pediatrics units and oncology centers. St. Joseph Hospital is a more than 250-bed medical and a Level III trauma center located in Bellingham, Wash.
