The Spruce Café is located within the Paramount Hotel in the heart of downtown Seattle. Cute spot located just a couple blocks from our hotel. Tried the pancakes after reading the reviews. Stack of three with berries and mascarpone. Really good and I finished everything on my plate....

I stopped in for breakfast during my visit to Seattle and was promptly greeted and seated by a nice server. My breakfast sandwich with potatoes was brought out within 10 minutes and was delicious....
