Thought Chloe the manager was nice and competent but she proved me wrong. Terrible follow up, didn't keep her word and just plain incompetent. Cost me a huge amount of grief, with Sprint customer...

They out and out lied to me about Sprint service in my area. Less than a mile from their store! I verified this but asking other Sprint stores and they said that their answer was at least a year...
