Southwest Washington Learning Center is privately owned and operated, making us a little more user-friendly than those large chains. Our team of childcare staff is educated through Early Childhood Education courses and the State Training Registry System known as S.T.A.R.S., which requires a minimum of 10 hours of ongoing training for each staff member annually. In addition, SWLC provides tuition assistance to staff pursuing their ECE college degrees, to ensure that your children receive far more than babysitting services. Several of our staff members have their own children in attendance, providing customers both a teacher and a parent watching out for the needs of their family.
