Soundview School is an independent, private educational institution that serves childen in preschool through grade eight. It offers the International Baccalaureate (IB) primary and middle years programs. The school offers instruction in computer technology, agricultural science, foreign languages, accounts, business studies, and family and consumer science. It also provides classes in art, music, math, foreign languages and physical education. Soundview School s computer technology curriculum includes computer programming, database maintenance, robotics languages, and graphics and Web design. It additionally maintains a library and media center that has a collection of electronic resources, reference materials, and fiction and nonfiction books. Soundview School is accredited by the Northwest Association of Accredited Schools and is located in Lynnwood, Wash.
