1517 Boylston Ave
Seattle, WA 98122
Settle into Seattle at The Boylston. This updated walk-up has maintained its original charm (with stair-access only and no elevator). There's plenty to discover amidst the classic wooden slatted houses of bustling Capitol Hill. Find neon pops of artistic murals, funky cocktail bars, and innovative culinary options. Try a chestnut praline latte at Victrola Coffee Roasters to see where the coffee capital gets its title. Or head to the expansive Pike Place Market to explore a year-round farmers market, iconic eateries, and over 225 local artisans. And the iconic Space Needle at the Seattle Center has awe-inspiring views of Mount Rainier. The Boylston is a gem in the heart of Emerald City. There's no cable. We've provided Chromecast and an HDMI cable for streaming. There's no daily housekeeping, room service, or laundry facilities. The spaces do not include a desk, a wardrobe, or an iron. There is no elevator at this five-story building. Stair access only.
