Great little gym, and the staff is always friendly and working to keep the place clean. They are updating a lot of their equipment from the previous owners, which is awesome! Great local gym!

I have called this gym 3 times trying to get a 2 month membership while I'm in school in woodland bur nobody answers or calls me back. What's up? How do I sign up?

The staff at this gym are incredibly helpful. They make a great effort to provide a community-centric gym (especially compared to big box gyms) and have everything you could need for a good work out.
