I have had two pixie cuts with Jessica. Both cuts were great. She is very friendly. Nice smile. You can trust her to listen.

Update: After my mom exchanged many emails with Lana, the supervisor, and sent pictures of what had happened to my hair there, she finally issued a refund within 7-10 days.

Just because they're in Walmart, don't be misled. I always see Lana for my cut & foil and my hair comes out perfect everytime! Also, great salon products at a more reasonable price!
