Holy shit did this place live up to the hype. We shared a chicken khachapuri and it was gone in a blink. It was so good not a single word was spoken during the eating process.

If you are craving breakfast comfort food in Downtown Seattle, look no further than our made-to-order bread boats full of cheese, butter, and egg. In Skalka - we serve versions of khachapuri boats with classic cheese toppings (cheese, butter, and egg yolk); chicken with tomatoes, eggplant, and bell pepper (vegetarian); beef stroganoff with pickles; and red beans, bacon, and pickled chili peppers. We start small batches of dough multiple times a day and make every single bread boat by hand from scratch and to order.
