Founded in 1977, Sunrise Services is a locally owned and operated organization that offers a range of health care solutions for people with physical, mental and developmental disabilities. It provides residential and in-home services for adults and senior citizens. The organization offers respite care and job placement services. It also assists individuals and families with bill paying and budgeting. Sunrise Services helps in the development of money management and job readiness skills. It administers the Community Trades and Careers program, which provides employment assistance in Snohomish and North King counties in Washington. The organization operates the Sunrise Home Care Agency, which assists with personal care and household tasks that include bathing, dressing, meal preparation, shopping, medication supervision and laundry. Its residential service programs are accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities. Sunrise Services is certified by the Washington State Division of Developmental Disabilities. It is licensed by the Department of Social and Health Services.
