If you are looking for a fancy place to live, go somewhere else. Yes, I did have black mold as well, three small occurrences. Used diluted bleach and it was gone. Maybe I was lucky, I don't know....

The property is unkept and at night you can see lots of rats running through a property. There's a couple rock walls and tons of them just come running out of there screwing all around the parking...
