Shewa-ber does Ethiopian better than NYC. I'm so new to the cuisine so I can't speak for authenticity to the culture but for the American palette the food is fire. You eat with your hands and...

If there's only one Ethiopian restaurant you go to in Seattle, please let it be this one. The kindest owner and staff welcomed us. The restaurant was super clean with just the right lighting....

not the biggest fan of how chewy meat was. I felt like I was chewing forever -- very rough. I also wasn't the biggest fan of how much vinegar my food had.
