I started my journey as a Gallup Strengths Coach. I quickly realized that I wanted more tools to help people heal and find joy in their lives. This led to becoming a Marriage and Family therapist. I will walk alongside you as you learn how to live fully using the things you are naturally good at and provide tools to help you learn how to accept and overcome the past. I see patients ages 7+.

I strive to make every patient feel accepted and comfortable. It is a privilege to serve and be accepted into each person's life. Regardless of one's challenges, everyone has the opportunity for positive change and a better future. I seepeople of all ages in individual I specialize in helping children manage their anger and overcome other behavior challenges and helping adolescents who are having trouble coping with strong feelings, having difficulty making healthy, smart choices, or having other behavior challenges.

I encourage the pursuit of health and happiness by supporting patients as they build upon their strengths and learn new mental health skills. I am a child mental health specialist, but I am fully capable of working from a relational point of view with people of all ages.
