Shear Designs 10th Ave was established by Darla Webb May 1st 2012. Darla has worked in the hair industry for 40+ years. She made a decision to break away from her corporate position, and open Shear Designs 10th Ave to be able to offer her clientele and colleagues a more personal type of salon, and be able to focus more on guest satisfaction and a positive work environment.
