Shanghai Cafe, established in 1928 by Chinese immigrant Kan Chinn, is one of the oldest Chinese restaurants in Washington state, dedicated to serving delicious food to the Centralia community and beyond. While ownership has changed hands over the years, the restaurant's mission remains focused on providing quality dining experiences.
Recently under new ownership, Shanghai Cafe has revamped its menu to feature not only beloved local favorites but also an array of dishes from other Asian cuisines, including Vietnamese and Thai. The establishment looks forward to continuing its tradition of excellent service and diverse culinary offerings for the community.
