3 is for good faith. I hate prirates. they ar ebad guys. this group has fun dressing up and performing many fundraising activities for the benefit of Seattle. Therefore I have settled on a 3.

History
The Holiday Treasure Chest was re established with the Seafair Pirates, The Parade group. As our Charity programs grew it became necessary to establish a separate arm to prevent any confusion in accordance with established charity protocols. The Seafair Pirates Charity Foundation was born. The Holiday Treasure Chest and the Charity foundation now stand alone as the Parade group is no longer interested in Charity Work the Holiday Treasure Chest was named the Favorite Charity in Western Washington in 2012 and has been in the top five Charities in Western WA since 2007.
