Seattle Design Builders, LLC was established in 2010. It evolved from Pilkington Companies, a well-known and prominent eastside builder since 1980. Pete Pilkington, owner and project manager, graduated with a B.S. in Architecture from New York Institute of Technology in Old Westbury, NY. From New York to Seattle, Alaska to the Middle East, and points in between, we've created and built structures of long-lasting beauty and value. We love where we live, have fun in what we do, and enjoy business relationships that have endured into long-term friendships with many of the people we have worked with. Our passion and dedication to quality - doing the right thing and doing it right the first time - are mottos we live by, not just a company byline. We work hard to create a realistic schedule driven by your need to begin using your new space as soon as possible, on time and under budget. We are your project team!
