I was drawn to the practice of medicine by the power of the patient-physician relationship, and the ability to care for others in a way that is both personal and lasting. My goal is to be able to provide my patients with the best possible care, in the most comfortable environment. I encourage patients to ask questions and engage with me so I can better serve their needs.

My areas of special interest are voice and upper airway disorders and swallowing and swallowing disorders. I believe healthcare is most successful when providers collaborate with their patients to develop a treatment plan that helps them to achieve their goals in a way that makes the patient feel confident and informed.

I want my patients to describe me as detail-oriented, thoughtful and an expert. Listening and communication are the most crucial pieces of the patient/physician relationship.
