We offer 80 affordable apartment-style units within blocks of the Fred Hutch outpatient clinic on Lake Union. Our amenities include kitchenettes and free Fred Hutch shuttle service.

The staff is well trained and communicate often and quickly with one another. You seldom have to leave the building (i.e. comprehensive treatment). Labs come back fast. Low infection rates....
