Our new food hall, named The Salish Kitchen Food Hall & Refreshments, provides a variety of dining options for our guests. The food hall consists of 6 dining options: (1) The Point Elliot Oyster Bar - serving fresh, locally sourced seafood, (2) Backyard BBQ - featuring crafted smoked meats including ribs, brisket & chicken, (3) The Market - serving soups, salads, wraps and sandwiches, (4) Upper Crust Pizza - order a menu favorite pizza, dessert pizza or create your own, (5) Red Ginger - cuisines include curry, Pad Thai, bentos and wok dishes, and (6) Croner Counter - serving pastries, gelato, coffee, milkshakes and more!

The Salish Kitchen is a big fail. The Suquamish Clearwater Casino shut down a fabulous buffet to put in a food court. The food is now sub-par, prepackaged and overpriced. You can get free...
