Built in 2003 the Sagamore is a efficient building that has all Energy Star Appliances.
Specialties
The Sagamore Apartments are located in the University District of Seattle, within walking distance to UW campus, shops, and restaurants. The modern building is secure and is monitored by cameras. Each apartment has a large kitchen with a dishwasher, disposal, and microwave included. There is also a full-size stackable washer/drier inside each unit. In addition, tenants are able to enjoy a rooftop deck with patio furniture and view of the city. The Sagamore has studios, one bedrooms, and two bedroom/one bath apartments. Secured, assigned, garage parking is available for $75 a month. Currently we do not have any apartments available. Note: This is not undergraduate housing; do not call for short-term (less than 12 months) or furnished rentals. No dogs permitted, cats with permission, 100% non-smoking building. All applicants must have good rental references and good credit to be approved
