My wife went to Rustic Roots in Sedro Woolley to get her hair colored. This was a treat for herself, and she was so excited. Her stylist "Cotori" was new, and what followed warranted this one...

While the stylist was very nice it 2.5 hrs to cut and color shoulder length hair and I will need to go somewhere else to get the top trimmed. Yes I had foils but I'm usually in the chair no more...
