They damaged my tooth during a procedure and had trouble taking accountability. Always tried to upsell all my care.

I believe I had Katie cleaning my teeth. it was the most meticulous cleaning I have ever had. The doctor also did a great job sanding down a chipped tooth which now does not bother me.
