Rose Hair is conveniently located and I have been going there for years. Mae does a consistently good job, so I always ask for her if available.

They dyed my brown hair pure black. I told the woman that the dye was turning black, that I it needed to be rinsed. She didn't listen to me. It was right before a big family event.
